Tom Hayes is suing UBS for $400m. No messing about here. Although there are others who have yet to account - such as the Ministry of justice.
Another mystery is how Tom was in touch with his managers with hundreds of emails throughout his original conduct. Yet, curiously, none of these "managers" ever faced charges.
