There used to be a large handwritten advice on the side of an underpass for the North Circular 'If you want a bit of Tit ring Tot ****'. But a more respectable approach to this idea would be to buy Empire Metals (EEE) at 36p. This Australian titanium mining operation in prospect has earlier today reported a major find in Australia. Apparently it is going a lot higher.
