I bought Capita (CPI) at 234p

CPI's price has been slaughtered. But there is a limit. This may have occurred yesterday since the price touched 220p and finished at 229p.

CPI is now capitalised at £260m. If it had not been for this appalling brouhaha with the Cabinet Office the share price might have been up at around 400p. This may be a guess but it is a starting point.

CPI announced on Thursday last that the losses to tidy up the brouhaha will be between £25m and £40m. And this is a small proportion of the decline in the face of selling. Unfortunately there is no getting away from the fact that CPI have no twice misled the HoC as to when things will be cured..

But patient investors might double their money from here.
