Mandelson's legal problems

I am not a lawyer but, for a start, I think it highly unlikely that Mandelson's £40,000 (alleged by the BBC) payoff will be the end of it. After all he has received cash from Epstein for the sale to Epstein of Cabinet Office information. And I guess that the Cabinet Office would fancy its chances at having some of that back plus interest.
