There is a rumour this morning that Burnham might appoint Ed Balls as Chancellor. I listen to Balls whenever he is on Good Morning Britain on ITV1. He is undoubtedly intelligent and with a very ready ability to allow him to assess and advise. Certainly he is very very far from the lunatic Ed Miliband.
