Racism in practice

The best horse of all time is Frankel whom I saw win at Ascot in 2012. He is now working away at stud and very successfully at that - I think the fee is £200,000 a time and that he serves 200 mares a year. All this without knowing that he is financially successful. But then I am a horseracist.
Establishing the best is not easy. For instance when I was in Tajikistan in 2004 I was surprised to learn that the Tajiks regard Jews as socially and intellectually inferior. As regards the socially bit I expect that that was determined by whether the milk went into the cup before the tea rather than the other way round. So I cannot be bothered to query this method of grading but 'intellectually' is something else.
It seems possible that the Chinese are intellectually the ablest and the Jews might be close behind. But the notion that it is 'racist' to grade a people in this manner rather than grade by any other standard strikes me as quite potty. For I do not see how else one could grade people. 'Racist' as normally used means seeking to be abusive of another on the grounds of his being of a different race. In which event the alleged racist is essentially mad.
