REA - a dividend at last

REA (RE.) have today announced that they will explore the possibility of paying a dividend on the ordinary shares. They would never have so announced if they were anything other than reasonably sure that they will be able to pay a dividend. A 10p dividend is perfectly possible and therefore means that any shares acquired at 100p or less right now are a steal.
