Zenith's title demonstrably established

This morning ZEN announces hat the Tunisian government agrres to recognise ZEN's claim to oil and equipment abandoned by ZEN when Tunis denied ZEN's exploration rights. The share price has moved up marginally. But I reckon that the move upwards should be much sharper since ZEN has shown that its original licence was valid. I do not know what the price should be but I reckon well north of 10p right now should be attained.
